Whether it’s a one bed flat for some serious study time or a fun filled year in a five to six-bedroom house we will know how to connect you. We have several 5 and 6 bedroom houses available that might be ideal for you. You’re not on your own so get in touch with us today at Groups@GarethJames.com and we’ll arrange viewings at suitable houses and then organise a pizza and beer event to get to know each other with other fellow students at our customer lounge at 181 Queens Road which is just 30 seconds from Queens Road Tube Station.

 

We’re holding open day this Friday 24th August from between 1-2pm or between 4-5pm at the following properties;

6 Lanvanor Road,

55 Standbury Road

68 Montpelier Road.

Then from 4 pm to 5 pm please join us for a pizza and beer as we help to put a group together for you.

Next open days followed by pizza are Thursday 23rd August and then Saturday 25th August. But if those dates don’t work for you do get in touch and we’ll arrange your own viewing.

 

Room rents are between £160 and £165 per week and we have a variety of move in dates this September. All bedrooms have double beds, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers. All houses have shared kitchen / lounge facilities and most of them have at least one bathroom.

Students are really important customers for us and that is why we are the only agency that puts on an end of year party, just to say thank you. This summer we hired the Peckham Level Cocktail Bar and provided a free bar and food with live DJs.

 

Most of our student properties are also managed by us. That means you go back to the same friendly and familiar faces when there is a problem, rather than trying to get hold of your landlord. We also have our own maintenance teams, gas engineers, heating experts and shelf putter uppers.

 

We insist that all our properties meet the safety standards as directed by the local council. So our HMO properties have the necessary fire blankets, alarms, safety doors plus the certificates to prove it.
